Combat Veterans of America is officially recognized as a 501(c)(19) veterans’ organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to qualifying veterans’ organizations under Section 170(c)(3) are generally tax deductible for individual and corporate donors, subject to applicable IRS limitations.

For individual donors, this means your contribution may be deductible as a charitable contribution on your federal income taxes, depending on your personal tax situation. For corporate and institutional donors, contributions may be treated as deductible charitable contributions in accordance with federal tax law. As always, donors should consult their tax advisor regarding specific deductibility and reporting requirements.

CVOA maintains a commitment to financial transparency and regulatory compliance. We provide clear documentation of our organizational status and maintain accurate IRS filings and records. Institutional partners may contribute with confidence that CVOA operates within the legal framework governing veterans’ organizations and charitable contributions.
